Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Experience or strong interest in working within a Setting III/centerbase program
• Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and classroom management
• Dedication to fostering a supportive, encouraging, and adaptive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized academic instruction to meet students’ unique needs within the LAUNCH centerbase program
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Track student progress, adjust teaching strategies, and maintain comprehensive records
• Create a welcoming, positive classroom culture, applying best practices for behavioral and learning support
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding academic and behavioral progress

This assignment offers a consistent full-time weekday schedule (37.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday).
