• Valid certification in Special Education
• Experience with learners in Grades K-12 (K-5, 6-8, and 9-12)

• Skilled in differentiated instruction and classroom management
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, adapt, and deliver individualized lessons tailored to each student’s abilities and needs
• Implement and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
• Assess student progress, adjust strategies as needed, and maintain accurate records
• Foster a safe and positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and growth
• Provide direct instruction, behavioral support, and ongoing advocacy for students with exceptional needs
