Qualifications/Experience Sought:

• Current Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Experience with Elementary ABS caseloads strongly preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to new settings and educational cultures

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction and case management for elementary ABS students
• Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student success
• Track, assess, and document student progress
• Participate actively in professional development
