Qualifications/Experience Sought:
- Current Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
- Experience with Elementary ABS caseloads strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new settings and educational cultures
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction and case management for elementary ABS students
- Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student success
- Track, assess, and document student progress
- Participate actively in professional development
