Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher License (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Experience teaching students with diverse learning and behavioral needs preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary school teams
• Flexibility, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support in a Setting 4 environment for students with the highest behavioral and complex disabilities (elementary through high school)
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Utilize evidence-based practices to manage classroom behaviors and facilitate student engagement
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and support personnel
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
