This position places you at Rivertrail Learning Center (serving elementary through high school students), leading the way with best-in-class strategies for Setting 4 caseloads—students with the most significant behavioral and developmental challenges. Key Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Experience with Setting 4 caseloads—supporting students with severe needs and high behaviors
• Strong classroom management and de-escalation skills
• Passion for collaborative, student-centered learning environments
• Resume submission required for consideration

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction to elementary through high school students in a Setting 4 environment
• Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
