Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Recent experience as a Special Education Teacher in a school setting, preferably working with setting III/centerbase populations
• Ability to provide a current resume for presentation
• Commitment to collaborative, student-centered learning

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized instruction to students in the LAUNCH centerbase program, supporting their academic and social-emotional development
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Partner with general education teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
• Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning styles and specialized needs
