Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized instruction and specialized support to students in grades K–2.
Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational activities tailored to students’ unique learning needs.
Support students’ academic, social, emotional, and developmental growth.
Collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers to support student success.
Maintain a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment.
Assist with the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Required Qualifications
Must hold an active California ESN or Mod/Severe Special Education Credential.
Experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities is preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
