What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Learning Behavior Specialist endorsement (LBS1)
• Prior classroom experience strongly preferred
• Current knowledge in educational methodologies and instruction
• Understanding of child development theory and practice
• Strong communication and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IEPs/BIPs in accordance with IDEA and Illinois regulations
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and administration
