Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a valid state teaching certification in Special Education
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Special Education or a related field

• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Solid communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to individual learner needs

Responsibilities:

• Develop, adapt, and deliver individualized lesson plans based on student assessments and IEP goals

• Track and report student progress, ensuring goals are met and state/federal compliance is maintained
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including general education teachers, therapists, administrators, and families
