Overview

We are seeking a Special Education Focus Teacher for a site-based high school program serving students whose primary need is behavioral support. The ideal candidate has strong skills in behavior strategies and effective problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction and behavioral support

• Implement behavior intervention strategies

• Collaborate with school staff and support teams

• Maintain IEP compliance and documentation

Requirements

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching Credential

• Experience with behavior-focused programming preferred
