What we’re seeking:

• Valid teaching certification and licensure in Special Education
• Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, or high school level (multi-level experience highly valued)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and fellow educators
• Commitment to promoting inclusion and supporting diverse learning needs

Responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing individualized lesson plans to meet a range of student needs
• Adapting teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
• Conducting educational assessments, drafting IEPs, and monitoring student progress
• Providing small-group or one-on-one instruction as required by student plans
