Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education (appropriate state credentials required)
• Experience working with children with a range of disabilities and learning needs
• Deep understanding of IEP development, documentation, and implementation

• Ability to track and assess progress, adapting instruction as needed

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Deliver differentiated instruction in both small group and 1:1 settings
• Monitor, document, and report student progress towards goals
• Communicate effectively with families, multidisciplinary teams, and school administration
• Adapt teaching strategies to support academic, emotional, and behavioral development
