Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teaching Certificate (or eligibility)

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to each student’s IEP goals
• Deliver engaging instruction in small groups or one-on-one settings, adapting strategies as needed
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff
• Assess student progress, collect data, and make adjustments to instruction and interventions
• Maintain accurate and compliant records, providing timely updates to families and school teams
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
