Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Special Education teaching certification (or eligibility) in Colorado
• Experience working with students K-12 in a special education setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• Familiarity with differentiated instruction and adaptive teaching strategies
• Ability to adapt quickly and work well both independently and within a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored lesson plans for students with a range of abilities

• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
