Key Qualifications:

• Experience with case management in an educational setting
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

• Ability to adapt instruction and interventions to meet a variety of learning needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the case manager for students with a range of disabilities in a cross-categorical elementary classroom
• Develop, review, and update IEPs, ensuring compliance with all state and federal requirements
• Deliver targeted instruction and provide academic, emotional, and behavioral support tailored to each student
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, therapists, families, and support staff
• Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as needed for optimal growth
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff development sessions, and parent conferences
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical practices in all student matters
