Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active licensure/certification as a Special Education Teacher in the state (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
- Demonstrated background in case management, IEP development, and compliance

- Ability to build relationships with students, families, and colleagues

Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as a Case Manager for students requiring special education services
- Develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Coordinate, schedule, and lead IEP meetings with parents and staff
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state special education regulations
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed
- Provide instructional support and accommodations tailored to each student
- Work with general education teachers to ensure inclusive practices are carried out
- Communicate consistently with families regarding student progress and goals
