Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Responsibilities Include:

• Serve as a Case Manager for students requiring special education services

• Maintain compliance with all federal and state special education regulations
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed
• Provide instructional support and accommodations tailored to each student
• Work with general education teachers to ensure inclusive practices are carried out
• Communicate consistently with families regarding student progress and goals
