Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Georgia Special Education General Curriculum certification covering all core academic areas (Reading, Math, Science, Language Arts, Social Studies)
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective behavior intervention strategies and strong classroom management skills
• Experience developing, writing, and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Proven ability to collaborate with families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Three professional references required for interview consideration (including one recent supervisor)
• Previous experience in GNETS or alternative settings, along with CPI, de-escalation, or advanced behavior management training, are preferred
