Position 1 focuses on Resource services for K-3rd grade, supporting approximately 30 students in a collaborative, inclusive setting. Position 2 is for a Self-Contained classroom, working closely with around 15 students who benefit from a more supportive, structured environment. Both roles involve teaming up with general and special education staff to create accessible, individualized learning plans and foster student success.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Valid certification in Special Education
• Experience with IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse needs
• Familiarity with current best practices and state/federal regulations in special education
• Dedication to promoting an inclusive, positive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs and develop individualized education plans
• Deliver effective instructional strategies in small groups or one-on-one
• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and report achievements
• Engage with parents, guardians, and specialists for collaborative support
