Key Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification with a focus in Special Education
• Previous experience developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong knowledge of state and federal special education regulations
• Proven ability to adapt instructional strategies to address diverse learning needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and colleagues
• Ability to manage classroom behavior and create a positive, structured learning environment
• Experience utilizing assistive technology and alternative communication methods is a plus
