Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a valid Colorado Special Education Certificate
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Demonstrated experience managing IEPs and working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills to interface effectively with students, parents, and staff

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), tracking and reporting on student goals and progress
- Provide direct instruction and accommodations tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, service providers, and families to ensure cohesive educational experiences
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights on student progress and strategies for success
