Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a valid Colorado Special Education Certificate
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Demonstrated experience managing IEPs and working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills to interface effectively with students, parents, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), tracking and reporting on student goals and progress
• Provide direct instruction and accommodations tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, service providers, and families to ensure cohesive educational experiences
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights on student progress and strategies for success
• Serve as an advocate for your students, ensuring their voices and needs are heard and addressed
