Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Valid and current teaching license in Special Education
- Experience working with middle and/or high school student populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Familiarity with differentiated instruction and classroom management strategies
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic school settings
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, individualized instruction in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers and related service professionals to support student success
- Monitor and document student progress; adjust interventions as needed
