Special Education Teacher - Aurora, Illinois

Step into a vital role supporting students as a Special Education Teacher in a middle school setting near Aurora, IL. This contract position spans from August 17th through May 28th, offering 37.5 hours per week. You'll work closely with approximately 15 students, primarily in resource or co-taught classrooms, making an impact where it truly matters most.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification is required
• Experience working with middle school students preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation

• Comfortable serving a caseload independently; paraprofessionals or teaching assistants may not be present in the room
