Ideal Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid teaching certification for PreK-8, with EL endorsement highly valued
• Proven ability to teach and support English Learners in elementary and middle school settings
• Experience in special education or inclusive classrooms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Creative, flexible, and adaptive to student and classroom needs
• Ability to plan, differentiate, and implement curriculum for a diverse student population
• Previous work with contract or part-time schedules a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction to English Learners, supporting academic growth and language acquisition
• Collaborate with general and special education staff to ensure students’ IEP and language needs are met
• Develop and adapt lesson plans to accommodate multiple learning styles and abilities
• Maintain student records, provide progress updates, and participate in meetings as required
• Foster a welcoming and supportive learning environment for every student
