Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Special Education Teacher certification

• Experience with classroom management and adapting teaching strategies as needed

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and deliver specialized instruction tailored to students' unique learning needs
• Develop, review, and track progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Work closely with other educators, therapists, and support staff
• Foster a positive, respectful learning environment that builds student confidence
• Modify lesson plans and classroom strategies to promote student success
• Conduct student assessments and record progress data
• Effectively communicate with families regarding student progress and strategies for home support
