As a Special Education Case Manager in North Austin, you’ll collaborate closely with committed Special Education staff and families to help hundreds of students access the high-quality education they deserve. Qualifications:
- Texas Department of Education License – Special Education required
- Proven experience in ARD facilitation and 504 plan coordination
- Comfort with moderating meetings and working collaboratively with staff and families
- Familiarity with SuccessEd preferred
- Ability to follow professionalism standards, including dress code and appearance
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 200 students (dyslexia, speech, and special education)
- Conduct and document ARD meetings to ensure compliance
- Serve as both 504 Coordinator and ARD Facilitator
- Coordinate with staff to ensure appropriate accommodations and services
- Utilize and update documentation systems, preferably SuccessEd
