What we’re looking for:

• Valid Special Education Teaching license or eligibility for certification
• Experience or strong commitment to serving early childhood and PreK populations
• Adaptability and confidence working across multiple school locations
• Solid understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with families, paraprofessionals, and support staff
• Organizational skills to effectively manage a caseload of 10-20 students
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive, nurturing classroom that celebrates diverse abilities

In this role, you will:

• Develop and deliver individualized special education programs for PreK students
• Support early learners by creating engaging, differentiated instruction and behavior supports
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and families to ensure student growth
• Track and report progress, aligning services with IEP goals and state standards
• Adapt lessons to meet each child's unique learning style while promoting social/emotional growth
• Participate in team meetings and professional development to enrich your skills
