• Valid Special Education Teacher certification (active and in good standing)
• Experience with early childhood and/or middle school populations is highly valued
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and individualized instruction

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and adapt lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student
• Manage caseloads of 10–20 early childhood students across multiple sites, or 22 middle school students in a supportive school environment
• Develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring compliance and progress toward goals
• Collaborate with general education and specialist staff to create inclusive and meaningful instruction
• Build positive relationships with students, fostering confidence and skill development
• Maintain detailed records and ongoing communication with parents/guardians
