Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification or equivalent (Missouri or eligible for reciprocity)
• Experience with K-2nd grade students preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development & implementation
• Ability to create and adapt individualized lesson plans
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver effective, differentiated instruction for a small group of K-2nd grade students
• Develop and manage individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress and regularly document results
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers, support staff, and families

• Implement appropriate behavioral and academic interventions
