Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid certification as a Special Education Teacher
- Experience in school settings preferred, with a strong understanding of diverse learning needs
- Expertise in developing and implementing IEPs in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
- Comfort adapting instruction for various disabilities and learning styles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instructional programs to a specified caseload of students, supporting their academic and behavioral growth
- Write, review, and monitor progress on IEPs in accordance with district and state standards
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment and encourage student independence
- Coordinate with general educators, therapists, and families to maximize student achievement
- Collect data, document progress, and modify teaching strategies as needed
- Engage actively in professional development and maintain up-to-date knowledge of special education practices

Scheduling Details:
- 35 hours per week
- Daily start and end times will be provided during the interview process
