Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Current state certification in Special Education (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Previous experience in school-based special education settings
• Understanding of best practices for IEP implementation, case management, and differentiated instruction
• Strong ability to build relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction in accordance with students' IEPs
• Manage IEP documentation, meetings, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress
• Maintain timely communication and thorough records
• Engage in team meetings, professional development, and school activities as required
