Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification/license
• Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Ability to create and modify lesson plans to meet individual requirements
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with staff, families, and students
• A positive, resilient attitude and a commitment to inclusive education

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver differentiated instruction to support students’ academic, social, and emotional needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Assess student progress and adjust strategies for optimal growth
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers
