About the Role

We are seeking passionate and skilled Special Education Teachers to provide high-quality instructional support and services to students with a range of learning, developmental, emotional, or physical needs. Positions are available across grade levels and program types, including resource, self-contained, inclusion, and behavioral support settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs

• Deliver specialized instruction in accordance with state and federal guidelines

• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success

• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust instructional strategies

• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development

• Maintain compliance with documentation requirements and timelines

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students

Qualifications

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (mild/moderate, moderate/severe, or equivalent)

• Experience working with diverse student populations and disability categories

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Ability to adapt instruction and utilize evidence-based teaching strategies

• Passion for supporting student growth and advocating for their needs

Compensation

$35–$45 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.
