About the Role
We are seeking passionate and skilled Special Education Teachers to provide high-quality instructional support and services to students with a range of learning, developmental, emotional, or physical needs. Positions are available across grade levels and program types, including resource, self-contained, inclusion, and behavioral support settings.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs

Deliver specialized instruction in accordance with state and federal guidelines

Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success

Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust instructional strategies

Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development

Maintain compliance with documentation requirements and timelines

Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students
Qualifications

Valid Special Education teaching certification (mild/moderate, moderate/severe, or equivalent)

Experience working with diverse student populations and disability categories

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Ability to adapt instruction and utilize evidence-based teaching strategies

Compensation
$35–$45 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.
