The first role will serve a caseload of 17 students in grades K-7, while the second position focuses on 16 students in grades 4-7. What you’ll bring:

• Current Special Education Teacher certification (as required by the state)
• Experience working with students in elementary or middle school settings, particularly those with diverse learning needs
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to collaboration with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
• Ability to create and implement IEPs that drive measurable student progress

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering direct instruction tailored to each student’s needs
• Developing, monitoring, and updating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Providing both small group and individualized support to students
• Regularly assessing student progress and adjusting instructional approaches as needed
• Participating in parent meetings, IEP reviews, and multidisciplinary team discussions
