Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teaching Certification (appropriate for elementary level)
• Experience managing cross-categorical caseloads preferred

• Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms and tailor instructions to diverse learning needs
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Serve as a Case Manager for students, collaborating with families, teachers, and designated staff to ensure student needs are met
• Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies tailored to individual student goals
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions or supports as needed
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with special education laws and district guidelines
