Qualifications & Experience Needed:
- Must hold a valid teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience working with K-3rd grade students preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to K-3 students in accordance with IEP goals

- Partner with classroom teachers to coordinate instructional strategies and supports
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting approaches as needed
