What you’ll bring:

  • Current certification as a Special Education Teacher
  • Experience with elementary-aged students, particularly in 2nd or 5th grade preferred
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 15 students, delivering both teaching and case management services
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to individualized instruction and inclusive educational practices
  • Adaptability in a multi-site role

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide direct instruction tailored to students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Oversee IEP development, progress monitoring, and regular reporting
  • Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to implement accommodations and modifications
  • Maintain open communication with families regarding student progress and needs
  • Support a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Serve as a key advocate for students’ academic and social development

This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, working Monday through Friday between 32 and 37.5 hours weekly.
