Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility) for New Hampshire
- Proven experience managing elementary special education caseloads, especially in 2nd or 5th grade
- Strong grasp of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families, staff, and external providers
- Comfortable traveling between two schools within the district
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction tailored to diverse learning needs in both general and resource settings
- Plan, implement, and monitor effective IEPs for a caseload of 15 students
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
