Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education required
• Experience working with students exhibiting severe behavioral challenges preferred
• Strong classroom management and de-escalation skills
• Knowledge of developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Ability to collaborate closely with paraprofessionals, behavior specialists, and related service providers
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
