Key Qualifications:

• Valid certifications in both Early Childhood Education and Special Education (dual certification required)
• Experience working with early childhood or Pre-K-aged children, particularly in special education settings
• Strong understanding of IEP implementation for young learners
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt instruction to accommodate a range of learning needs and styles

What You'll Do:

• Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction to a caseload of 10-15 Pre-K students with special needs
• Write, adapt, and implement IEPs collaboratively with support staff and families
