Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold a valid Tennessee teaching license with a 461 Special Education endorsement
• Prior experience in a self-contained special education classroom is highly valued
• Strong classroom management abilities and a proactive approach to student engagement
• Excellent collaboration skills for working alongside fellow educators, support staff, and families
• Effective communication skills to build trust with students and parents
• Dedicated to the academic, emotional, and social development of middle school learners
