Special Education Teacher | Belleville, Pennsylvania

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting young learners as a Special Education Teacher for a Preschool Early Intervention classroom. This contract position spans the 2026-2027 school year, with a defined assignment from late September through mid-December. Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and active Special Education teaching license, meeting all state requirements
• Experience working with preschool or early childhood-aged children preferred
• Expertise in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and collaborating with families
• Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment for all learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement tailored instruction based on students’ needs
• Develop, review, and update IEPs in partnership with families and specialists
• Use evidence-based interventions and positive behavioral supports
• Accurately document student progress and maintain compliant records
• Partner with paraprofessionals, therapists, and administrators for student success
• Create an engaging, structured, and supportive space for young children’s development

This role provides stable, weekday hours totaling 37.5 hours per week, with the added benefit of consistent daily location and a clear assignment timeline.
