Key Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree required
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate endorsements in special education, PreK to age 22
• At least three (3) years of experience in Special Education, with a background in early childhood settings
• Working knowledge of compliance requirements and IEP facilitation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as instructional leader and compliance facilitator for assigned schools
• Coach and support special education staff to boost student outcomes
• Lead and coordinate IEP meetings, ensuring state and federal requirements are met
• Collaborate with school administrators and instructional coaches to promote best inclusive practices
