Special Education Teacher - Belton, SC

As a Supplemental Resource Teacher, you’ll be an advocate, facilitator, and key member of a dedicated educational team.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching Certification
• Experience with early elementary (K-3) students preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies and materials to meet individual needs
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Previous work in a resource or supplemental support role is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support for students on your caseload
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt lessons and classroom activities for diverse learning needs
• Track student progress and document intervention efficacy
• Attend and participate in IEP and staff meetings
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment focused on student growth and independence
