Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university
• Valid Alabama Professional Certificate in Special Education
• Comprehensive knowledge of and ability to satisfy Every Student Succeed Act (ESSA) federal and state standards
• Experience teaching or supporting students in special education programs preferred
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, students, and families
• Adaptability in working with diverse learning needs within self-contained and resource classrooms

Responsibilities:
