Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver differentiated instruction tailored to each student’s needs
• Assess and monitor student progress; adjust teaching strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and compliance with state/federal special education regulations
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff
• Engage in regular family communication and build positive relationships
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing program improvement
