Assignment: Full-Time | Onsite
Pay: Up to $45 per hour based on experience

Soliant Education is seeking experienced Intervention Specialists to support elementary and high school students in Autism and Multiple Disabilities programs.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized academic and functional instruction
Implement accommodations, modifications, and behavior supports
Manage IEP responsibilities and progress reporting
Collaborate with paraprofessionals and related service providers
Create a structured and supportive learning environment

Minimum Qualifications

Active Ohio Intervention Specialist License required
Experience supporting students with Autism or Multiple Disabilities strongly preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills

Expected compensation ranges from approximately $36–$45 per hour. Candidates seeking compensation above this range should not apply.
