Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher Certification (elementary level)
- Experience with K-5 students, particularly those with academic and social communication needs
- Ability to tailor instruction for a 12:1+1 classroom environment
- Familiarity with IEPs and CSE processes preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide morning instruction (July 9 - August 18) to a small group (estimated 6-7 students)
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistant to support learning
- Adapt curriculum to meet academic and social communication needs
- Monitor student progress and maintain documentation
