Compensation for this opportunity ranges from $40 to $45 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education (SPED) certification, meeting state requirements
  • Previous experience teaching or supporting students with varying needs (mild to severe)
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with staff and families
  • Commitment to equitable, student-focused instruction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to K-5 students with diverse learning needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in partnership with families and school staff
