As a Special Education Teacher within an alternative school environment, you’ll have the opportunity to provide individualized support to students in an Emotional Disabilities (ED) classroom, helping them build skills and confidence for the future.

Your responsibilities will center on delivering specialized instruction consistent with students’ IEP goals and implementing targeted behavior intervention plans. You’ll foster a structured, therapeutic classroom atmosphere, applying de-escalation strategies and encouraging social-emotional learning each day.
