In this contract role, you'll play an essential part in delivering specialized instruction and academic support within a vibrant and collaborative educational setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver resource support in academic areas such as reading and math.
• Create and adapt individualized instructional plans based on students’ IEP goals.
• Provide targeted support through both push-in (co-teaching) and pull-out models.
• Track and document student progress, maintaining up-to-date records.
• Work closely with general education teachers and the special education team to foster positive learning outcomes.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to documentation and compliance.
• Support student behavior and academic needs in elementary settings.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid or pending South Carolina Special Education Teacher certification.
• Experience in resource or inclusion classrooms is preferred.
