Qualifications:

• Active and valid LBS1 certification required
• Experience in Special Education, especially teaching at the high school level
• Strong background in English curriculum and instruction

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction in English 3 to students with a range of learning needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers to provide effective co-teaching support
• Develop, modify, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Track and report on student progress, making data-driven instructional decisions
• Create a safe, positive classroom environment that encourages student participation
• Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and multidisciplinary team members
