Special Education Teacher | Bosque Farms, New Mexico

Make an immediate impact in education by providing support to students as a Special Education Teacher in a contract position serving a PreK-5th grade early childhood and child find program. Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience or strong interest in early childhood and elementary-aged students
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students’ needs from PreK through 5th grade
• Participate in the early childhood/child find program, identifying and addressing delays and disabilities
• Administer assessments, track data, and update educational plans as needed
• Collaborate with other educators and related service providers to maximize student success
• Communicate progress regularly to families and participate in meetings to support student growth
