Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Louisiana SPED certification OR a valid Louisiana teaching certificate with a willingness to earn SPED certification
• Experience or strong interest in supporting students with autism and working in moderate needs classrooms

• Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills to foster student growth and success

What You'll Do:

• Deliver specialized instruction to elementary or middle school students in moderate needs classrooms
• Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and adapt instruction to each learner’s needs
• Collaborate closely with other special education professionals, teachers, and families
